It is with great sadness that we announce the
death of our much respected vice-president,
Dr Glyn Johns who passed away on 28 September 2024. Glyn was a very active member of our society and wrote several papers and lectured on various topics of historical interest. He also initiated the "Profiles" project whereby members were encouraged to research a topic of interest and give a short talk on it. He will be greatly missed by all of his friends within our Society and beyond. Details of his funeral will be announced in due course. |
